Quarter: $9.50 Per pound, +/- 100 pounds of beef *
Half: $9.00 per pound, +/- 200 pounds of beef**
Whole: $8.50 per pound, +/- 400 pounds of beef**
- Pricing is based on poundage of beef you receive after processing
- All processing is from a USDA certified facility and vacuum sealed
- Free delivery to a convenient pickup location, sorry no shipping
- $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required when order is placed.
- All sales are final, but can be transferred to another person
- All weights are approximate and will be based on the individual animal
- Cash and checks are accepted at this time

* Quarters are cut using our standard cut list which includes: Steaks-ribeye’s, sirloins, filets, skirt, and New York strips, short ribs, Roasts, stew meet, brisket, and cube steak (soup bones and organ meats upon request)
