BEEF for Sale
We offer 100% Angus beef sold directly to our customers. All of our cows are born and raised on our farm and come from our registered stock. They are grass fed and grain finished with NO growth hormones and NO antibiotics. We grain finish because we prefer the marbling, taste, and tenderness of grain finished beef. We adhere to the Pasture Raised and Pasture Finished standards set forth by NC State Extension Agency. These guidelines not only insured that our cattle have the nutritional qualities found in grass fed beef, but also marbling and flavor. Our cattle graze on large rolling pastures with plenty of space to roam. They eat grass and hay all of their lives and are given the added option of grain during the last three months of our finishing processes. The grain we feed is locally sourced from a local mill and is made to our specifications for the needs and nutrition of our cattle, with the exception of oats that are planted and harvested on our farm.
