Our Farm

Journigan Farms is a fourth generation farm located in beautiful Franklin County, NC.  Farming is deep in our blood lines! Shawn was born and raised on a farm and so was his father (RJ) and his father before him (Early).  As far as we know, farming preceded them as well. Shawn met his wife in 1997 and they have been inseparable ever since. Shawn and his wife Brandie  have two sons who love farming as well and hope to continue the family tradition. Together we raise registered Red Angus cattle, hay, oats, corn and soybeans. We pride ourselves on hard work and raising cattle humanely. From the very day our cows are born, we are in constant contact with our animals. We have done our share of early morning bottle feeding and baby watching in the fields during calving season.  When we are not on the farm, you can find us on the baseball field with our beloved baseball family (you know who you are).
